What areas does Walk Your Plans serve?

Walk Your Plans serves nine Texas counties — Brazos, McLennan, Washington, Grimes, Burleson, Madison, Robertson, Leon, and Falls — from a single full-scale projection studio at 8417 Parameter Ct. in College Station. That territory stretches from Waco in the north to Brenham in the south, and includes Bryan, College Station, Navasota, Caldwell, Madisonville, Hearne, Franklin, Centerville, and Marlin. Clients travel to the studio, because projecting a floor plan at true 1:1 scale requires a large, controlled, unobstructed floor.

The rest of the territory

These counties are fully inside our service area. We have not built them a dedicated page yet, but the service, the studio, and the process are identical.

Burleson County

County seat: Caldwell · Caldwell, Somerville, Snook · about 30 minutes from the studio

Close enough for a same-morning trip. A mix of in-town Caldwell builds, lake-adjacent property near Somerville, and rural acreage where plans tend to grow past what anyone actually uses.

Robertson County

County seat: Franklin · Franklin, Hearne, Calvert, Bremond · 35 to 50 minutes from the studio

Hearne sits about 35 minutes out and Franklin about 50. Historic renovation work in Calvert and Bremond benefits most, where the question is how an addition connects to an original footprint.

Madison County

County seat: Madisonville · Madisonville, Midway, North Zulch · about 45 minutes from the studio

Predominantly rural and acreage builds, with a steady share of retirement and second-home construction where aging-in-place clearances are worth walking before they are framed.

Leon County

County seat: Centerville · Centerville, Buffalo, Jewett, Normangee · about 1 hour 5 minutes from the studio

Ranch and acreage construction along the I-45 corridor. Clients here typically plan a single decisive session with the builder and homeowners together.

Falls County

County seat: Marlin · Marlin, Lott, Rosebud, Golinda · about 1 hour 15 minutes from the studio

The northern edge of our territory, between Waco and Bryan. Many Falls County clients combine the session with other business in College Station or Waco.

Questions about our service area

What areas does Walk Your Plans serve?

Walk Your Plans serves nine Texas counties: Brazos, McLennan, Washington, Grimes, Burleson, Madison, Robertson, Leon, and Falls. That covers College Station, Bryan, Waco, Brenham, Navasota, Caldwell, Madisonville, Hearne, Franklin, Centerville, and Marlin, among others.

Do I travel to you, or do you come to me?

You come to us. The projection studio is a fixed facility at 8417 Parameter Ct. in College Station, because projecting a full-size floor plan requires a large, controlled, unobstructed floor. Every session across all nine counties happens there.

How far is the studio from Waco?

About 93 miles, or roughly 1 hour 40 minutes down Highway 6. Most McLennan County clients treat it as a single decision-making trip with the builder and homeowners travelling together.

What if I am just outside your nine counties?

Get in touch anyway. Our licensed territory covers those nine counties, but clients are welcome to drive in from anywhere — the territory defines where we actively market, not who we are allowed to serve.

When does Walk Your Plans open?
