Walk Your Plans is based in Brazos County — our studio sits at 8417 Parameter Ct. in College Station, 10 to 20 minutes from most of Bryan and College Station. We project your architectural floor plan at true 1:1 scale onto the studio floor so you can walk the layout at full size, test room proportions and sight lines, and catch layout problems while they are still just lines on paper.
Building in Aggieland
This is our home market, which means Brazos County clients get the most scheduling flexibility of anywhere in our territory. There is no travel day to plan around — a mid-morning session and a same-afternoon meeting with your builder is an ordinary Tuesday here.
Bryan and College Station build a wide mix: custom homes in neighborhoods like Miramont, Traditions, Castlegate, Pebble Creek, and Greenbrier; infill and renovation work in Bryan's older neighborhoods; and a steady stream of investment and multi-generational housing tied to Texas A&M. Each has a different failure mode. New custom builds tend to get proportions wrong. Renovations tend to get circulation wrong — how you actually move between the old part of the house and the new one. Both show up immediately at full scale.
Local architects and designers also use the studio as a presentation space. Showing a client their plan at 1:1 is a fundamentally different conversation than showing them a rendering, because the client stops evaluating a picture and starts evaluating a space.

Bryan and Brazos County questions
Where exactly is the Walk Your Plans studio?
Our studio is at 8417 Parameter Ct., College Station, TX 77845. It is the projection space itself, so every session across our nine-county territory happens here.
Do you work with Texas A&M-area investment and rental builders?
Yes. Any project where layout efficiency drives value benefits from a full-scale walkthrough, and that includes multi-bedroom rental builds and multi-generational housing where circulation and bedroom parity matter more than finish selection.
Can I use the studio to present a plan to my own client?
Yes. Architects, designers, and builders regularly book sessions specifically to present a plan to their client at full scale rather than on paper or on screen.
