Does Walk Your Plans serve Grimes County?

Walk Your Plans serves Grimes County — Navasota, Anderson, Iola, Bedias, and Plantersville — from our full-scale projection studio in College Station, roughly 25 minutes from Navasota. We project your floor plan at true 1:1 scale so you can walk the layout at full size and make changes while they still cost nothing.

The closest county to the studio after Brazos

Grimes County is our nearest neighbor after Brazos, which makes it the easiest territory in our service area to schedule. A Navasota builder can bring clients down, walk a plan, and be back on site the same morning. That proximity changes how the service gets used: instead of one big decisive session, Grimes County clients can realistically come back a second time after revisions to confirm the fix worked.

The county's building mix runs from in-town Navasota renovations and infill to rural acreage builds toward Anderson, Iola, and Bedias, plus a meaningful amount of weekend and equestrian property around Plantersville and Todd Mission. Barndominium-style and metal-building conversions are common here, and they are a particularly good fit for full-scale review — open-shell layouts give you enormous freedom, which means nothing about the interior arrangement is forced, which means it is very easy to get wrong on paper.

For historic renovation work in Navasota proper, the useful question a walkthrough answers is usually circulation: how the original footprint connects to whatever you are adding, and whether the result reads as one house or as two houses stapled together. That is close to impossible to evaluate from a plan sheet and obvious the moment you walk it.

Anderson and Grimes County questions

Do you serve Navasota and Grimes County?

Yes. Grimes County is in our licensed territory, including Navasota, Anderson, Iola, Bedias, Plantersville, and Todd Mission. Our studio in College Station is about 25 minutes from Navasota.

Can you project a barndominium or metal building layout?

Yes, and open-shell projects are among the best uses of a full-scale session. Because nothing about the interior arrangement is dictated by the structure, the layout is entirely a design decision, and design decisions of that kind are hard to evaluate on paper.

We are renovating an older home in Navasota. Is this useful for renovations?

Yes. For renovations the critical question is usually how the existing footprint connects to the addition, and whether the finished house circulates as one coherent space. That is exactly the kind of question that is invisible on a drawing and obvious at full scale.
